| mysql 사에서 쓰는 eventum 이라는 프로그램이 있습니다. 자체적으로 사용하기 위해 만든 이슈트래킹 프로그램입니다. 팁게시판에 kldp 에서 가져온 자료가 있는데 한글문제만 아니라면 바로 사용해도 될 정도입니다. http://eventum.mysql.org/wiki/index.php/Main_Page Eventum is a user-friendly and flexible issue tracking system that can be used by a support department to track incoming technical support requests, or by a software development team to quickly organize tasks and bugs. Eventum is used by the MySQL AB Technical Support (http://dev.mysql.com/support/index.html) team, and has allowed us to dramatically improve our response times.
